THE INGREDIENTS
As well as being an MC, speaker, facilitator and coach, I’m also the CEO and creator of Culture Incorporated by CCI, which I founded to help people and businesses that do good in the world do even better.
Before that? Well, I’m a former corporate executive who has lived in the real world, and frankly, didn’t enjoy all of it. I spent over two decades in corporate leadership roles, experiencing the highs and the very real lows of workplace culture firsthand. I’ve worked in organisations that drained the life out of me – where Sunday night dread was a regular feature. And I’ve also worked in places that lit me up – where just walking through the door made me want to give my best. That contrast shaped everything I do now.
With over 25 years’ experience across the British Government, global brands like Avis and Cendant (owners of Century 21, Wyndham, and Travelport), and clients including NatWest, Lloyds TSB, RBS, ANZ, CBA, and Visa Consulting, I’ve led high-performing teams, built new divisions, mentored senior leaders, and delivered tangible results across sectors.
These days, I work with leaders and teams to build cultures people genuinely want to be part of – cultures where creativity, accountability and wellbeing fuel performance, not burn people out. And I work with people to help them thrive in those cultures.
Whether I’m on stage delivering a keynote, facilitating an executive retreat, coaching behind closed doors, or running a #CULTUREBites™ immersion, my goal is always the same: To shift thinking. Spark action. And make work feel a whole lot more human.
Because life’s too short to spend your week counting down to Friday. And even great workplaces can be better, with small, intentional 2mm Shifts™ in the right direction.

Playfulness opens doors. It creates space for authenticity, vulnerability, and genuine connection – and helps others bring their whole selves to the table as well.
It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.
Off-stage, you will also find me walking on fire; jumping off bridges, 55ft high poles, cliffs and out of planes; sleeping rough; and wearing gardening gloves, all in a good cause.
